Here is the scoop!!
It has been said that 'God has chosen ordinary people, most of whom were not looking for a divine assignment.' Well I guess you could say that is me.
I grew up with an ordinary middle class family in Oklahoma. After high school I attended the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!!) where I received a degree in International Business. After college I moved to Texas to start my climb of the corporate ladder of success.
I first heard about AIM in 2004 while searching on the internet for a mission trip. After looking over the web sight on the careers link, I was excited to find out that I could use my God given gifts and abilities to further his kingdom. After much prayer, God revealed his calling on my life into full time ministry, the calling that I had first felt when I was a girl in youth group.
In March of 2005, I moved from Texas to Georgia to join the AIM family. Currently, I help people who are interested in coming on staff full-time with AIM. I also head up the Leadership Development department which trains and equips youth pastors and project leaders for short-term mission trips.
